Aurora Aksnes, born June 15 1995 in Stavanger and known professionally as Aurora or, sometimes, stylized as AURORA is an Norwegian musician and singer. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves by Decca Records was released on May 15th of 2015 it received a raving review from music blogs as well as from the press. Piano was her first instrument when she was six. She started making music at the age of nine. The fact that she was a musician wasn't known by her family until she was fourteen. The dream was never to turn into Aurora. Aurora says she loves writing music. For her, the music she writes is how she feels about everything.
